Salary: £25,119 - £27,803 (Pro Rata)
Main Responsibility
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic a part-time (22 hrs over 3 days a week) Executive Support Officer with a ‘can do’ attitude to join the team. You will need to be a flexible and professional individual and able to multi-task with a positive and proactive approach.
You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team/Wider Leadership Teams, providing an exceptional level of support and regularly engage with other areas of the Council.
Excellent diary and email management skills are crucial to this role, alongside a keenness to problem solve. Experience in a similar role would be preferable, but not necessary. You will have excellent engagement and organisational skills and a desire to support a wide range of services.
The Ideal Candidate
- Ability and experience in taking accurate action notes of meetings, some of these being in-house and multi-agency meetings.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Administrative skills and experience to support the provision of a timely and high-quality Executive Support Officer.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- An ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment and to manage changes/priorities at short notice.
