Job Introduction
The role is based within the Family Hub team covering a number of sites throughout the south of the county.
Family Hubs bring everything together in one place within a safe and welcoming space, supporting families to enable their children and young people to reach their full potential by accessing the right help, at the right time, in the right place through a community network of services covering ages 0-19 and up to 25 with SEND.
Family Hubs can be accessed through physical buildings (previously known as Children's Centres), online and through community venues.
Main Responsibility
Some of your responsibilities will include,
- Requirement to cover reception at all Family Hub buildings in the South of Staffordshire (Tamworth, Cannock, Lichfield and South Staffs) – Must hold a current driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
- Provide administrative cover across 4 districts in the South of Staffordshire therefore, you will be regularly moving between sites to adhere to service needs.
- Support with day to day administrative tasks when on site.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for you to,
- have creative skills to support with presentation of information throughout the sites and on our social media platforms.
- be confident and competent on IT software including; Microsoft outlook, CANVA, Social media platforms, excel etc.
- be passionate and committed to continue to develop the Family Hub offer across the districts.
