Job Introduction
We are looking to appoint a Business Support Assistant - Practitioner Team on a 15 hour per week (pro rata) contract, based in central Stafford.
Working days and hours are flexible and will be discussed during interview.
This role will support the Fostering Service Business Support team.
Main Responsibility
Your main responsibilities will include,
- In support of Social Workers statutory workload, convene and attend meetings including statutory meetings, coordinating the circulation of agendas and relevant papers, taking, and distributing appropriate notes and actions.
- Produce a range of high-quality documents.
- Keeping data bases up to date in line with business processes in this fast paced role.
- Liaising with internal and external customers
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for you to have,
- GCSE English or equivalent
- Experience of using a computer-based information system are also desirable
- Experience of minute taking and experience of working within a team
- Good written and oral communication skills
- An ability to undertake a number of areas of work
- An ability to interpret, format and accurately present information,
- Time management skills and experience of working to deadlines are also all desirable.
