Job Introduction
This administrator role will be based at Cannock Chase Children’s Centre.
However, you may where necessary be required to support neighbouring centres in the event of holidays or sickness.
Main Responsibility
You will work as part of a team of administrators and manage the Children's Centre reception by responding to telephone calls, emails and enquiries about Family Hub services. You will be required to support with all administration duties, data inputting, presentation of the building and any administration duties required by the Family Hub Manager
Please ensure you outline in your application how you meet the person specification within the job description. You will be required to have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle to enable you to travel to a neighbouring centre if required.
The Hours are Monday to Friday - 9.00am - 12.45pm
The Ideal Candidate
You will be required to provide excellent customer care and a professional reception service by meeting and welcoming families, children and young people ( 0-19 years) into our Family Hubs.
