Systems Support Officer
Salary: £23,893 - £25,119 per annum - Grade 5
37 Hours per week – 2 Years Fixed Term

Main Responsibility
The Care Systems Team supports several systems used by staff who deliver social care services to vulnerable people in Staffordshire (it’s really important work that makes a difference!!)
We’re looking for someone to join us to provide great business advice and guidance, technical support and maintenance of our systems. We are also about to embark on an exciting new project to replace our main social care case management system with a shiny new one!
The post holder will work in one of three areas of the service:
- Within a busy project team providing administrative and project co-ordination support to the Programme Lead and Project Managers
- Within our Help and Support Desk focusing on providing first-line support to system users by answering their calls, logging enquiries and providing immediate resolution to day-to-day support issues
- Focusing on supporting the delivery of changes. This requires the post holder to have a technical aptitude to undertake system configuration
