Main Responsibility

Join our dynamic Care Systems Team as a Care Systems Development Officer! You'll play a key role in providing support and guidance on social care systems for adults and children across Staffordshire. Get involved in exciting projects to embrace digital advancements, ensuring our systems stay responsive during innovative changes.

We're seeking someone with a results-driven mindset, strong business analytical skills, technical expertise, and project management experience. Communication is key in our collaborative environment, so bring your excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.

The Ideal Candidate

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Proven experience implementing digital improvements
  • Strong knowledge of social care pathways, including assessments and planning
  • A track record of managing change at both technical and organisational/people management levels
  • Credible experience in building quick and effective relationships with stakeholders, including IT suppliers, to understand and influence user needs
  • Adaptability to handle a diverse range of technical tasks, working at a fast pace within an evolving, evolving program
