As a result of a successful secondment Business & Executive Support (BEST) has an exciting opportunity for a fixed term position for a snr Business support officer within the team supporting our Health & Care Directorate
The role is a fixed term contract for a period of 18 months managing the Adult Social Care Services Support Team. For any further information please contact vicki.sandells@staffordshire.gov.uk
Main Responsibility
- To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Adult Safeguarding &Community Safety Business Support team. Coordinating the teams workloads and priorities in line with customer requirements.
- To collate and present Performance data to senior managers and customers
- To promote the use of digital applications
- To promote a learning culture and develop the team to be innovative in identifying process improvements
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience with the ability to lead and develop a team. Good interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to deliver an excellent service managing resources, priorities and expectations.
