Main Responsibility
The Quality Assurance Manager will:
- Develop and implement quality assurance standards and a quality framework.
- Coordinate the Employer Skills service self-evaluation development and process to inform service priorities.
- Empower, support, guide, mentor, and coach staff to successfully implement and embed new initiatives, with a focus on quality of practice.
- Support and coordinate preparation for a supported employment Fidelity assessment, ensuring processes are robust and quality assurance records are up to date.
- Use reflective learning from Fidelity assessments, reviews, and audits to improve continuous practice, performance, and commissioning outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have:
- Extensive knowledge of a range of quality assurance tools.
- Expert knowledge in quality assurance and performance intelligence, including implementing robust data quality mechanisms and recording standards.
- Experience in developing quality framework self-assessment documents and processes.
- Proven ability to demonstrate and measure outcomes for candidates seeking employment and businesses fulfilling recruitment needs.
- Experience in motivating and mentoring staff or leading on performance, quality assurance, and practice.
