  • drafting witness statements, preparing court documents and letters
  • preparing and maintaining management information in relation to work undertaken
  • trial preparation

The Ideal Candidate

You'll:

  • Be an Associate Member of CILEX (i.e. completed Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice), or be a graduate with a Qualifying Law Degree (as determined by CILEX).  There is no requirement for you to be either a Graduate Member or a Fellow of CILEX although this is desirable
  • Have experience working within civil litigation and have a working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
  • Be an excellent communicator at all levels of the organisation including members, senior colleagues and clients
  • Be self motivated with excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail will also be important

In return, we offer a fantastic benefits package with excellent development opportunities and scope for progression.

Please ensure you submit your application as soon as you can as depending on responses, we may close this advert earlier than the closing date.
