Main Responsibility
These will include delivering support in relation to Education matters, as follows:-
- Ensuring the efficient delivery of a Schools Advice Service and all that entails.
- Giving advice in relation to a full range of often complex Local Authority statutory education functions.
- Managing client files and providing advocacy on Education-related matters as and when required and in particular in relation to SEND Tribunals.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
- Effective time management, prioritisation skills and an ability to work under the demands of competing pressures.
- Strong and recent working knowledge of this fast-paced area.
- Excellent written and oral communication, strong research skills and a talent for responding well to sales opportunities.
- People management skills to supervise junior staff within a small diverse team.
