This role is a full-time office based position.
Main Responsibility
The main duties of the role of Legal Business Officer function within the Legal Services Unit (LSU) include:
- Updating bundles and photocopying.
- Collection delivery and sorting of incoming/outgoing items.
- Printing and scanning, interfacing with the case management system.
- Word processing including audio typing, transcription work, copy typing.
- Processing invoices and order via CAPITA/Integra 2.
- File management.
- Supporting the CSC manager to continuously improve systems and processes and the teams centric approach.
- Variety of support duties as and when required.
The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and able to prioritise a varied workload. Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail will also be important. This role is a full-time office based position.
You will be expected to conduct and manage your own task with appropriate supervision. You must be able to communicate effectively with members, senior officers and clients.
