This role is hybrid, depending on the needs of the organisation, depending on your day. Some days you'll be working from home, other days supporting the team either in person or virtually to enable us to offer an excellent customer experience.
Main Responsibility
Your main responsibilities will include:
- working as part of the People Service Learning and Organisational Development team, providing an efficient, responsive and effective administration service in line with the needs of the team and council employees.
- working to agreed quality standards and timescales in order to support the delivery of the People Strategy across the Council.
- working effectively with People Services colleagues, key stakeholders, line managers and/or suppliers to ensure the effective scheduling and administration of Learning and Development opportunities for all employees.
