ICT Project Support Administrator

Job Introduction

The ICT Governance, Change and Assurance Team engages with the business community across SCC and external partners to understand how technology can support their needs and ensure that they implement the right solution, gaining maximum benefits from their investments. Alongside work for business areas we currently have an extensive portfolio of technical projects.

An opportunity working with the ICT Programme Management Office to assist the team in delivering this exciting and challenging work.

Main Responsibility

  • Provide support to the ICT Project Managers
  • Ensure that accurate, up to date information on projects and resource capacity is available to all ICT managers and team leaders at both project and programme level
  • Provide the administration support to the ICT Programme board
  • Administrating programme, project and resource management software (currently Project Online) providing support to staff on its use.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • A dynamic, self-motivated individual with a keen interest in ICT and project management
  • Strong written, oral and presentation skills
  • Enjoys statistical analysis and data manipulation 
  • Devoted to continuous improvement and an eye for detail
