Job Introduction
Brunswick Place is part of the Children's Residential Service based in Stafford. It is a 4 bedded service that provides short breaks and outreach for young people between the ages of 11-17 who are deemed to be on the edge of care .
Main Responsibility
We are looking for someone who is helpful and friendly who can support the residential team to keep all areas of the service clean and tidy. You will also need to keep the bedrooms at a high standard maintaining them on a daily basis for the young people using the service.

Please note: On occasion in residential care there is a need to only accept applicants from a particular protected characteristic. As per the exceptions under the Equality Act 2010 there is an occupational requirement for this role to be fulfilled by someone aged 22 or over. The reason being that we are legally required to ensure that anyone appointed is at least 4 years older than our oldest young person.
