As part of Staffordshire Jobs and Career Brokerage Service you will support Staffordshire residents, employers, schools and colleges in order to develop opportunities for not only paid employment but support, mentoring, and training to encourage people to apply for paid employment and to develop a career.
You'll have a positive impact on Staffordshire’s residents and employers.
Main Responsibility
Working collaboratively across the County, you will:
- develop innovative and engaging recruitment solutions that help us to attract the very best candidates to match to the best opportunities both within local employers and Staffordshire County Council.
- delivering recruitment campaigns
- supporting job seekers on their career journey
- supporting organisations and new developments county-wide with recruitment.
- Support the recruitment and training to the new West Midlands Interchange development
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll have:
- Minimum qualification at Business Administration Level 3
- Experience of working with employers
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Knowledge and experience of recruitment across all sectors and cohorts
- Experience in using ICT packages
- Understanding of Employment Law
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
