Employer Liaison Officer

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a real can-do attitude to join our Employers Team, where you will work on varied activities relating to the administration of Employers participating in the Local Government Pension Scheme.

Please note that this is a permanent, full time (37 hrs per week) role but we will consider part-time/flexible working.

The selection process will be by interview at our offices in Staffordshire Place, Stafford, and will include a short practical test.

Main Responsibility

The Employers Team focuses on:

  • The Allocation and reconciliation of monthly contribution payments from the schemes participating employers
  • Manging the end to end administration process of new scheme employers
  • Maintaining and updating bespoke databases, spreadsheets with accurate Employer details
  • Communicating with scheme employers, and other stakeholders 

 

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a thorough and logical approach and be able to work on their own initiative to meet critical deadlines.

Previous experience in an administration or financial environment would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
