Main Responsibility
Main Responsibilities
- Drive innovation across the business and deliver the digital agenda and Staffordshire’s Digital Strategy
- Ensure quality and performance across the organisation’s digital portfolio
- Lead delivery of the organisation’s Digital Team
- Provide advice on digital services to all levels within the organisation
- Develop and deliver services that meet evolving corporate and customer requirements
- Ensure that processes, procedures and standards are implemented and developed to ensure high quality digital solutions across the authority

To be successful in this role you must have a proven background in the below:
- Experience of developing and delivering digital products, platforms and services within a complex organisation
- Experience of managing high performing operational teams, and third-party suppliers
- Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to create and maintaining effective and influential networks that work collaboratively to deliver digital products and services
- Experience of using insight to drive change and transformation
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
