Customer Services Officer

Job Introduction

A vacancy has arisen for a full time Customer Services Officer to work within our Tamworth Office.

This is a full time position working behind a public facing reception dealing with customers and incoming telephone calls. 

The office opening hours are 

Monday  Thursday 8:30-17:00

Friday 8:30-16:30

This position falls within the Corporate Directorate providing Administrative support to the Children & Families service in the Tamworth Area Office.

Main Responsibility

The main responsibility is the manning of a public facing reception and dealing with incoming calls from professionals and members of the public.

This role will also involve various administrative tasks to support the wider office, ordering items and making payments and supporting the Health & Safety of the site.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills with the ability to display empathy and compassion to our families.

The ideal candidate will be able to prioritise to support the fast changing nature of our business.
