Are you passionate about continuous improvement and dedicated to making a positive impact? If so , we are looking for experienced professionals to join our Improvement, Performance and Engagement Team (IPET)
The IPET is a multi-disciplinary team whose purpose is to turn information into intelligence to improve performance and outcomes for children and families.
This vacancy is for a two-year fixed term contract and will initially support the development of our Family Hubs.
Main Responsibility
You will:
- work as part of a team to support the continuous improvement and assurance of services across the children and family’s system and progressing initiatives.
- will support the development, design and delivery of processes and improvement projects.
- develop strong and effective relationships with colleagues and partners to deliver improvement that improves outcomes for service users and supports us to achieve our one system vision.
This is a key role in continuing to improve the quality and efficiency of our services to improve the outcomes of children, young people and families.
The Ideal Candidate
You will:
- be keen to make a positive difference for children and families.
- strike the right balance between coaching and supporting colleagues and providing challenge and support to continually improve.
You will also have the following skills and experience:
- Organisation: have good project and programme management experience
- Analysis: ability to aggregate, analyse and report information in a coherent way to support reporting and improvement activity.
- Collaboration: Ability to build credible relationships and networks with stakeholders and managers from varying backgrounds.
- Facilitation: Experience of and ability to contribute to and facilitate workshops and meetings.
- Committed – able to demonstrate being self-sufficient, occasionally requiring local support, and ability to deal with conflicting demands.
- Flexible: you will be able to work flexibly and effectively as part of the team to deliver our objectives and outcomes, with a high level of personal drive and integrity.
- Influence: have the ability identify and challenge performance using data and intelligence with a clear focus on outcomes & impact for our children and families
