Continuous Improvement Assistant

Job Introduction

Are you passionate about continuous improvement and dedicated to making a positive impact? If so, we are looking for experienced professionals to join our Improvement, Performance and Engagement Team (IPET) 

The IPET is a multi-disciplinary team whose purpose is to turn information into intelligence to improve performance and outcomes for children and families.

This vacancy is for a fixed term until 31st August 2025 contract.

Main Responsibility

You will:

  • work collaboratively and constructively to deliver priorities and ensure team processes are followed
  • support colleagues to meet their quantitative and qualitative data needs and contribute to the preparation and delivery of research and statutory returns
  • organise assurance activities and events on behalf of the team
  • manage documentation to ensure compliance with governance arrangements and maintain appropriate filing systems

This role will support the delivery of continuous improvement and assurance activity to improve the outcomes of children, young people and families.

 

The Ideal Candidate

You will:

  • be keen to make a positive difference for children and families.
  • provide excellent customer service and help delivery of high-quality services

You will also have the following skills and experience:

  • Organisation: you will have good time management and the ability to work flexibly to meet tight deadlines.
  • Accuracy: demonstrate attention to detail and good numeracy skills.
  • Tools: you will be familiar with gathering, inputting and reporting data using IT systems and programmes, such as Office 365.
  • Processes: experience of developing, implementing and modifying procedures and systems.
  • Communication: ability to prepare and present reports
