Main Responsibility
As a Consultation and Engagement Assistant you will:
- support the Consultation & Engagement Co-ordinators in the delivery of high-quality and well planned consultation & engagement activity.
- will help to provide various opportunities of consultation to people of all abilities, backgrounds and ages.
- will be expected to assist and support the Co-ordinators in the preparation and delivery of all consultation and participation activities that take place across Staffordshire. Specifically, supporting the Co-Ordinators in the planning and execution of engagement events, facilitate small groups under the guidance of the Co-ordinators, as well as supporting the analysis and sharing of results.
- will support The Voice Project’s existing and newly planned consultation activities.

You'll be:

- approachable: will need the ability to engage & build relationships with children, young people, parents, carers and professionals.
- organised: you will required to be highly organised with both your work areas and time management.
- committed: you will need to be able to work effectively as part of the team to improve outcomes for our children and families
You will be required to travel across some rural areas in Staffordshire and it will include regular evening work and occasional weekend working.
