The role is based in Lichfield and is full time.
Main Responsibility
You wil:
- support the local Community Highways team to provide a community-based approach to the delivery of the highway service, improving elected member and community satisfaction.
- provide a first-line response to enquiries and be the go-to person for community enquiries related to highways.
- interrogate digital records and GIS systems,
- collate information to respond to requests
- support the production of reports and programmes of work.
The Ideal Candidate
You'll have:
- experience of working with complex data and responding to written and verbal enquiries
- business administration experience or equivalent qualifications
- excellent customer service skills,
- an ability to interpret maps with a good attention to detail.
