Community Highway Support Officer (Lichfield)

Main Responsibility

You will

  • support the local Community Highways team to provide a community-based approach to the delivery of the highway service, improving elected member and community satisfaction.                                                         
  • provide a first-line response to enquiries and be the go-to person for community enquiries related to highways. 
  • interrogate digital records and GIS systems, 
  • collate information to respond to requests
  • support the production of reports and programmes of work.

The Ideal Candidate

You will:

  • have experience of working with complex data and responding to written and verbal enquiries 
  • have business administration experience or equivalent qualifications
  • have excellent customer service skills,
  • have an ability to interpret maps with a good attention to detail.
