This role will focus on ensuring robust and accurate record keeping for children being educated other than at school.
You'll will be responsible for systems, data entry and processing data effectively to provide commissioners with the necessary information to process charges for education. You'll also undertake operational duties associated with the day-to-day running of our Alternative Provision Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This will entail working effectively with colleagues to tight deadlines.

Main Responsibility
The role will involve:
- ensuring robust and accurate record keeping for children being educated other than at school.
- maintaining information systems, including a range of databases.
- data entry and processing data effectively to provide commissioners with information to process charges for education.
- operational duties associated with the day-to-day administration of the Alternative Provision Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
- Assisting with the maintenance and monitoring of contracts and commissioning budgets, including raising invoices and payments
- Liaising with a range of staff to secure education for children who are out of school
The Ideal Candidate
You'll need:
- NVQ III in Business Administration (or equivalent) or previous experience in business administration.
- ICT skills including a working knowledge of Excel, data collection and analysis techniques
- organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
