Are you wanting to join a dynamic team, that supports the communities of Staffordshire? 

The Warmer Homes Programme began in May 2019 and has drawn in a wide range of cross agency partners to effectively tackle a vast range of social determinants of health in to a uniquely beneficial delivery infrastructure. 

With the use of data analytics from the outset, working in conjunction with commercial partners and the NHS to develop bespoke targeting and ongoing research opportunities, tackling fuel poverty, climate change and cold related illness, the team has been able to reach the most vulnerable residents within Staffordshire and make installs to homes to prevent further ill health.

This post is: Fixed Term until March 2025.

Main Responsibility

You'll be responsible for supporting colleagues in the Warmer Homes team to deliver the programme, including:

  • Partnership development with private companies, voluntary sector partners and district and borough councils
  • Liaising with national funders, delivery partners and internal audit to ensure we meet agreed targets and funding requirements.

This role is to focus on supporting the above- you will be able to work across the team, supporting different elements of the programme, allowing a varied and dynamic space to work and support the team. You will also be supporting the completion of the teams performance reports, finances and engaging with some of our key stakeholders.

It is the ideal role for someone who wants to work within commissioning and understand programme and project management principles.
