Job Introduction

Main Responsibility
Driving the development of a new partnership approach for people with multiple complex needs and aspirations:
- co-producing the design of the programme with partners (probation, mental health services, housing etc) and people with lived experience.
- engaging with partner agencies to secure their commitment to the programme.
- overseeing the initial implementation of the programme.
Supporting colleagues in the commissioning team to ensure that the wider goals of the drug/alcohol programme are achieved, including:
- Liaison with service providers.
- Ensuring providers' compliance with contractual responsibilities.
The Ideal Candidate
You will:
- Bring drive, energy and enthusiasm to their work.
- Be a self-starter and is able to work with a good degree of independence.
- Take responsibility for delivering agreed objectives.
- Like to find creative solutions to varied problems/issues.
- Have experience and understanding of the challenges of partnership working for adults with complex needs and aspirations.
- Have commissioning and/or project management experience.
