Casual Residential Support Worker

Job Introduction

We are looking for Casual Residential Support Workers to work in our Children's Services based in Stafford and Tamworth. 

If you would like a career working with children this is an ideal opportunity to gain knowledge and experience.

Main Responsibility

We are looking for fun vibrant individuals to help and support young people both who are in care or on the edge of care. You will be required to work directly with the young peoples over the 3 services as and when required dependant on your availability.  You will support them in all areas of their lives, providing a safe, nurturing environment where every day can be different. This role can be both challenging and rewarding and will require a high level of resilience.

The Ideal Candidate

To this role you'll bring

  • NVQ level 3 in caring for Children or Young People or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
