Job Introduction
We are looking for a site supervisor to join our Cannock Family Hub Team. This role is 18.5 hours per week split into morning and afternoon hours as follows: -

Emergency call out also forms part of the role as outlined within the key accountabilities.

Main Responsibility
You will be responsible for:
- Opening and closing of the building
- Building health and safety
- Maintaining high standards both within the building and to the external site
- Managing contractors
- Covering emergency call outs to site when required
- Small maintenance tasks
The Ideal Candidate
You will be:
- A Team player
- Flexible
- Experienced in working as a care taker or in premises maintenance
- Willing to attend training as required
- Have excellent attention to detail and pride in their work
