Job Introduction
An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for the position of Business Support Team Leader for the Lichfield district. This is a full time position working 37 hours a week based at
The Old House, Eastern Avenue, Lichfield, WS13 7SQ
The role has responsibility for the direct management of over 15 members of Business Support staff who support Children's Services
The position also includes the day to day Premise Management of two buildings.
Main Responsibility
The main responsibilities of this role are:
- To coordinate and manage the delivery of business support services for the Lichfield district.
- To develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of the different operational services and teams
- Work with managers to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Children and Families system with the aim of improving outcomes for Children and families.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have
- Experience of managing Staff, including performing supervisions and managing performance
- Health & Safety knowledge
- Experience of financial processes including Budget Management
