We have a vacancy for x2 posts and both posts are a fixed term role for 2 years.
Main Responsibility
You'll be:
- Working closely with our operations managers, commissioners, and senior leaders, you’ll be responsible for managing projects within our Health and Care delivery plan, ensuring products are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Managing risks and measure the delivery of outcomes and benefits.
- Facilitating workshops with managers and front-line staff to design solutions and plan delivery.
- Responsible for communicating progress and escalating issues to the senior leadership team for resolution.
- Passionate about promoting improvement in Adult Social Care, work collaboratively with colleagues across Staffordshire County Council and Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.
- Promote co-production and equity, ensuring the voice of the person is recognised in the design of improvements.
The Ideal Candidate
You'll :
- Be an inspirational team worker with experience in initiating and leading improvement projects.
- Bring valuable knowledge of Adult Social Care, and experience working in local government and health would be an advantage. You will have skills in co-designing solutions to implement and embed change.
- Excellent planning and project management skills.
- Be confident working across organisational boundaries, influencing and negotiating with project team members to ensure deadlines are met.
Be a superb communicator.
- Have high level of personal drive and integrity, you’ll be committed to proactively solving problems and developing innovative solutions to improve outcomes.
